How to apply?? (Read the instructions before filling out the form!)

Step 1:
Please register yourself as a VJ by filling out the application form. (registration form = applicationform)
Make sure the information is as complete as possible. The jury will use this information for their evaluation.
You will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration. After activating this link you will be able to log in and edit your profile. Print the application form (go to VJ's - print profile - ctrl P) and sign it.

Step 2:
Your application will not be valid until you send us a completed application form and returning it signed, together with an information package consisting of: 
a. A VHS, DVD or Mini DV with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 minutes of visual material, accompanied by own choice of music. Submission of a recording of a live VJ performance is also possible, as long as this is of sufficient quality to be able to judge the VJ work adequately. 
b. A clear photo (or still) from the repertoire, suitable for publicity purposes. To be supplied digitally as a 300dpi jpeg document.
